If you have been around Ketelhuisplein in the past days, you might have noticed that sh*t is going ON! We are building a brand new terrace where new memories can be made this summer. And we’ll make sure that this will be a great one.

So what’s the plan?

New Design

Elaborate 4D sketches have been made to create a more dynamic, modular terrace. Big cubes and shapes will help create an organic flow between different heights and areas, which will be used for sitting and standing, but also for a possible stage or DJ booth. Also, the plan is to incorporate more green in the terrace. Not only because it looks gorgeous, but also to create shadow and fresh air.

Bar 2.0

The biggest change we will make is the renovation of the outside bar. We’re doing improvements on it, so that we can use this as our main bar instead of the bar inside. Last summer we only had draft beers and a few of the bestselling canned craft beers available in the outside bar. Now, we will make sure that we have a nice and big fridge with glass doors for a nice presentation. Because those cans deserve to be in the spotlight!

Expanded Menu

Besides the terrace, we are also doing a major change in the beer section of the menu. A lot of beers will be replaced with new ones, just because we like the change. But also… We’re going to expand the menu from 25 to almost 40 beers! On top of that, we started with ‘limited selection beers’. These are one-offs from brewers that we know and love, with crazy out-of-the-box flavour combinations. The idea is to purchase one box of beer, and once we’re out we will get a different one.

Okay, cool. And when will the terrace open?

On Friday the 5th of April we will festively open the terrace with a grand opening party. This is the official kick-off to the Biergarten summer season. We have some amazing acts coming up, like the band Kay Slice!

And of course as the season starts, we’ll have our weekly Friday Drinks again with resident deejays playing all summer long. Can’t wait for the terrace to open? Remember last summer?

The first ever summer of Biergarten Eindhoven in ‘23 has been a blast. Although it feels like ages ago, we’re still having fond memories of all the good vibes on our lovely terrace. Live bands, silent discos, deejays, fire performances, dance acts, Queergarten, Ladies Night, Nacht van Strijp-S, intimate hangouts, business parties; we’ve seen it all & we will never forget.

Hopefully, this one will be even better!
